With demand increasing at a fast pace, Ditek needed a partner that could not only support their production demands, but also provide design and engineering assistance to allow them to quickly move concepts directly into production.

Drawing upon 43 years of injection molding mechanical design expertise, PacTec provided engineering assistance to Ditek. This supported Ditek’s result of introducing multiple products to the market each year. Not only did the design support decrease design time for Ditek, PacTec also supplied rapid pre-production samples for five projects, while maintaining an engineering focus and a defect rate of virtually zero. All of this was instrumental in supporting Ditek’s UL testing and approval structures.
The Results
Focusing on customers’ results and what is needed to achieve those results is PacTec’s primary focus. Flexibility, consistency in service, and quality manufacturing are critical elements within product development. In 2020, Ditek named PacTec their Manufacturer of the Year because of our commitment to helping them achieve their results. Today, PacTec continues to grow with Ditek by producing additional units and performing value-added services like assembly to support production.
